Welcome to Fanie Boat Tours! As a family-owned and operated business, we've designed your adventure to be exciting, memorable and hassle-free.
Our crew, who are locals from Flores, have extensive experience working on snorkeling & diving liveaboards to create memorable adventures for small groups. With 4 double guest cabins, the Weta Molas is ready to accommodate groups of up to 15 people for daily charters, and up to 8 people for longer trips!

Our Team
After Stefanie and Peppy took over the WETA MOLAS in 2023, the boat now shines in new splendor and a project close to their hearts has become reality. Peppy, a native of Flores, is the technician, girl for everything and Stefanie, originally from Vienna, is responsible for the European influence.
Peppy enjoys being part of the crew, he steers the boat with joy and confidence. He speaks German, English, Indonesian and of course the language of his homeland, Manggarai. Peppy is on board for every trip, is happy to answer questions and ensures that every trip is an unforgettable experience. Stefanie, a former dive guide in Komodo National Park, can tell you a lot about the underwater world and its inhabitants, and takes care of the organization and the finishing touches. When she is on board, she is happy to answer our guests' questions in German, English or Indonesian.

I come from Austria and have been familiar with Flores and in love with the island since 1992. After years of coming and going, I have found my new home here. I am responsible for communicating with guests and also contribute my ideas to the interior design and layout.

I am Peppy's nephew and although I have a technical education, my true passion is cooking. In my small galley I create delicious dishes with lots of love. Whether it's Wiener Schnitzel, vegetarian or vegan options - I fulfill every wish.

I am a true Manggarai and have had a close connection to the sea since I was a child - whether in a canoe that the wind carried from Reo to Labuan Bajo, or later with my first boat from Lombok to Flores. Today I steer and look after the Weta Molas with passion.

I am also Peppy's nephew and grew up in Reo. My job is to take guests by speedboat to go diving, snorkeling or to an island. My greatest strength is that I am always in a good mood.

I come from Aimere, a town in the east of Flores, famous for producing the best sopi, the local palm liquor. I have been working at sea for many years and I love my job and the sea.

I am a so-called ABK, anak buah kapal, Indonesian for cabin boy, and I help wherever I am needed. Although I am still young, I have already worked on ships for several years.

Our ship, the Weta Molas boasts four cozy double guest cabins, an expansive dining space, and a deck adorned with comfy mattresses for relaxation between snorkeling adventures. Fully outfitted with a dive compressor, life raft, and solar panels, the ship also features a generous sun deck, perfect for sunbathing and unwinding.
